Stephen Yarrow makes every effort to fix your issues in a fair time frame.

You are responsible to ensure all your personal data is backed up and you have access to it. We cannot be responsible for data loss due to virus, malware, or system failures.

Virus and malware removal is not always possible by remote support and might require a site visit. We will however do our best to do this remotely.

Domain names must be paid for in full in advance.

The cloud backup service is only payable by Direct Debit in advance. There is a 30 day cancellation policy.

Website design services are strictly payable 50% at time of order and the balance on completion before the site finally goes live.

Web-hosting is paid in advance. This is paid anually.

Remote support sessions are to be paid for in advance by Credit/Debit card.

Statutory Rights

None of the foregoing shall affect your statutory rights.
